Saturday 15 minute Scoliosis Check-In Sessions

These new, quick check-in sessions are now being offered to you on a quarterly basis 

  • Convenient Saturday morning times from 9am -12pm in 15 minute intervals
  • $25 pre- paid
  • Ideal to see if your scoliotic curve has improved or if you’re in need of a tune-up
  • Measurements will be taken to determine the stability of your curve, and exercise progressions will be offered
